Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to website services provided by Krish Automation Agency. A project-specific quotation or written agreement may include additional terms.
Scope of services
We provide services including business websites, landing pages, website redesign and website maintenance. The final scope, deliverables and exclusions for each project will be recorded in the relevant quotation or written agreement.
Free website preview
A free preview is an initial design concept provided for evaluation only. It is not a completed website, does not include a transfer of ownership, and creates no obligation for either party to begin a paid project.
Pricing and quotations
Prices displayed on this website are starting points. Final pricing is based on the agreed requirements and will be confirmed in a quotation before paid work begins. A quotation may have its own validity period and project-specific conditions.
Payment terms
An advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the final website, files, credentials or ownership are handed over. The exact advance percentage, milestones and due dates should be stated in the project quotation and may be edited there by agreement.
Client-provided materials
The client is responsible for supplying accurate text, images, logos, brand materials, approvals and other content needed for the project. The client confirms that they have permission to use all materials they provide.
Revisions
The number and scope of revisions will be defined in the quotation. Revisions should relate to the agreed scope. New pages, features, major direction changes or requests made after approval may require a revised timeline and additional quotation.
Domain, hosting and third-party services
Domain names, hosting, paid plugins, fonts, stock assets, email services and other third-party products are separate unless expressly included in writing. They are owned by or licensed to the client and billed to the client directly or separately, as agreed.
Ownership and handover
Ownership of the final approved project work transfers to the client after full payment, subject to any third-party licence terms. Working files, unused concepts, internal tools and pre-existing materials remain the property of their respective owners unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Timelines and feedback
Project dates are estimates and depend on timely client feedback, content, approvals and payments. Delays in receiving these items may move the delivery date. Material changes to the agreed scope may also affect the schedule.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Krish Automation Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, third-party service interruption, or issues caused by client-provided materials. Our total liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid to us for that project.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable law.
